2. Consent: If you have not been referred by a practitioner or doctor, we may require a letter from your GP or doctor consenting to your undertaking of Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy. 

 

3. Responsibility: The decision to undergo Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy is solely yours, and you are responsible for any consequences or side effects. The Heal-Air does not provide medical advice, recommendations, or make claims about the benefits or efficacy of Hyperbaric Oxygen .Hyperbaric oxygen is not a replacement/substitute for conventional treatments. We do not take any responsibility for development/progression of any conditions .

6. Personal Electronics: Any electronic equipment, such as smartphones or iPads, taken into the chamber is at your own risk. The Heal-Air reserves the right to refuse treatment for any reason. A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect, and bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee. 

 

7. Course of Treatment: For optimal results, a full course of Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy is necessary. You will receive a comprehensive consultation and have the opportunity to address any queries before the treatment. 

 

8. Instructions and Health Concerns: You must follow the instructions provided by the chamber technician and inform them of any health concerns before and during the treatment. 

 

9. Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your session, time may be deducted to prevent delays for subsequent appointments.

1. Purchasing Hyperbaric Oxygen: Hyperbaric Oxygen can only be purchased according to the packages advertised on our website and at our clinic. 

 

2. Refunds: Completing a session does not entitle you to a refund for that individual session or any previously completed sessions. If you feel that your session was inadequate, please inform a member of staff. 

 

3. Advanced Payment: Sessions, including packages, must be paid for in advance before the first treatment session. 

 

4. Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase
